Overview
The DlXGen SuperTool can import XGen assets defined in Maya. The XGen primitives are displayed in the Viewer and, of course, rendered by 3Delight. An example on how to use this node is illustrated in Rendering XGen hair.

XGen File
File
Specifies the name of the XGen file exported from Maya. This file is generated by choosing File → Export Patches for Batch Render in the XGen dialog.
Viewer
Density
This attribute acts as a multiplier on the XGen primitive density; it only affects the displayed XGen primitives in the Viewer. This allows having a lighter pollygon count in the Viewer while preserving the results rendered by 3Delight.
